KwantanamoDay Posted October 14, 2013 Report Share Posted October 14, 2013 Over the last couple of days uTorrent has been reportedly using a certain number of kbps but in the network tab of Windows Task Manager it shows it to be using up to 10 times that amount and it brings my network to a crawl for everyone in the house regardless of uTorrent's reported download/upload speed.For example, I open uTorrent (I've tried Vuze and get the same problem), I have one torrent open which will get to about 250kbps download and my internet will slow to a crawl and Task Manager will say uTorrent is using 2mbps.
