DJ JB
Hello,My previous laptop has crashed (mobo fried) and had several torrents running.Since I don't want to be that hit&run guy, I want to substract the data from my old laptop and find out which torrents were running and how far they were from their upload goal (or simply: how much data was uploaded).I opened resume.dat in a notepad-like viewer, but couldn't really find the exact data that I'm looking for.It was uTorrent 3.1.3 running on Windows 7 x64.Thanks! ciaobaby
Since I don't want to be that hit&run guy, Why?Nobody other than you EVER sees the uTorrent stats, and private trackers keep their own running totals.I opened resume.dat in a notepad-like viewer,That's because it is Binary Encoded data NOT text. DJ JB
Since I don't want to be that hit&run guy, Why?Nobody other than you EVER sees the uTorrent stats, and private trackers keep their own running totals.Because I don't want to be a freeloader, despite if others may see it or not.I opened resume.dat in a notepad-like viewer' date='[/quote']That's because it is Binary Encoded data NOT text.Well, there was some text-style data in there. It sure isn't just ones and zeros.
ciaobaby
It sure isn't just ones and zeros.Binary encoded data does NOT mean data that displays in 1s and 0s when opened in a text editor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So:There are 10 types of people in the world. ....... Those who understand binary, and those who don't!
