SkLestat Posted November 7, 2013 Report Share Posted November 7, 2013 Had my uTorrent v3.3.2 build 30180 stable release limit my download speeds to 1kbps without any settings change. At first thought ISP had shaped but then noticed 100% disk overload error message in lower panel. Searched through half dozen threads trying turning settings on and off. Posting this here as other suggestions like uPnP, DHT, encryption didn't work for me and I didn't want to downgrade to v2.2 Fix that worked for me was in the lower panel select the speed tab.
