ubersoldier87 Posted November 22, 2013 Report Share Posted November 22, 2013 I recently had Verizon Fios set up in my apartment, I've had no issues with media streaming or games but downloading is impossible. I tried logging onto the Verizon modem control site for my modem, set the firewall setting to Low, and added a port forwarding rule for the Utorrent port I set, and it jumped up for almost 1 mb/sec for about 10 seconds, then dropped back down to nothing.
