While uTorrent is running, its very slow to open from system tray

I am not sure if anyone has had this issue before, but I am experiencing lag time when trying to maximize utorrent from the system tray.

It is already running, and has been running for a few hours. So I put the mouse curser over the utorrent icon in the system tray, and it doesnt highlight until seconds later, then when I click to open it, it takes a good 10 seconds or so.

Does anyone know if this problem has been experienced before and how to solve it? Its not related to how many torrents I have in the logs Either. I have a feeling maybe some application (or a specific windows update) has triggered it because I have not experienced this before
