I found the Beginner's Guide at http://www.utorrent.com/help/guides/connection-setup, but it's for windows. Is there one for Mac OS X v. 10.6.8?I downloaded some files from EZTV.it already, that was fun However, as I said, I am brand new to this and want to be sure I properly set everything up.Thank you!! I looked at the charts, but I'm still not sure. There appear to be many things to set/configure within Preferences, is that documented anywhere? uTorrent for dummies? Thank you !! ciaobaby Posted November 25, 2013 Report Share Posted November 25, 2013 http://www.wikihow.com/Configure-uTorrentIt's for the Windows client but the names of the elements are the same, and based on upload of 0.42mbps, the settings for your client should be the in the 256 kbps to 384 kbps range.These setting are NOT an exact science, it is a guide and you should determine what is optimum for your set up empirically.
