uTorrent Preferences Auto Updater

Hey everyone, I've never browsed around on the uTorrent forums before so it's nice to meet everyone

I recently made a program for uTorrent, I'm not sure if anyone else agrees with me, but sometimes my download speed is terrible and I have to search YouTube for the best settings, etc... so I made a really simple program to automatically update the uTorrent settings to save all the time in looking up settings and entering them in...

This program is really basic, at any time I can update the options manually - this means you don't have to update or download another program to have different settings. I can change the options that you install from my side so I can constantly update the settings you guys install and keep the preferences at the best.

The program is pretty straightforward...

I'm only 13, so don't expect anything amazing. I got bored and decided to make this.

I've looked at that, the settings I use always work well... until a few days later when they just don't work at all.
