predcon
I haven't changed any settings recently, so I'm not sure what the deal is, but torrents were downloading just fine up until a couple days ago, and now they're all in a constant cycle of "Connecting to Peers". I've run the little speed test that opens when I click the yellow caution symbol (the one with the tooltip that says "no incoming connection"), and the test runs just fine.*Windows 7 x64*(micro)Torrent v3.3.2 build 30303 32-bit*Blue Mountain Internet (MBB service running off the S-Network footprint)*Sprint-branded Franklin U301 MBB modem, connected through a Cradlepoint MBR95 running v5.0.0 of the Cradlepoint router firmware*Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (v1.75.0.1300 w/latest database) and MSE (latest) installed, but neither have been an issue before, and as I said, no settings have been changed recently. At least, none that I've changed myself. Could be a Windows Update done it.

predcon
That first link (the one in the thread you've linked to, not the link in your reply) returns a 404 error. Is it important?
ciaobaby
Not especially, you can read it in the uTorrent Owners Manual.
predcon
Other than "Wireless Users: You may be permanently firewalled", I can't find anything helpful.

predcon
Nvm, I tried downloading stuff from a different location, and everything works. It's my wireless modem that's screwing everything up. And it's not just uTorrent. It's any program that uses p2p transfer stuff. Like the Beamdog client or whatever.
