Userhdkvner
Almost all ports are closed in my university network but in some parts of the network I'm still able to download despite the fact that the ports are closed. What makes this difference? Since Knowing the difference might help me to solve the problem in other parts of the network. One thing I have noticed is that I can download when udp trackers work.
