yes, I'm wrong about "Reference" column, maybe that can be added manually, such as information/links in the others two columns.

What people use it for is ABSOLUTELY nothing at all to do with what can, or will be built into a client or the protocol and extensions to the protocol.

Maybe it is useful a  column 'Popularity' calculated as  Ratio/Elapsed.  Users can use this to determine when to stop the seeding.
