uTorrent 3.32 Not Responding

Hey All

Thanks for stopping by. Essentially whenever I click on a Magnet link utorrent opens then sits there and "not responds" forcing me to "end task" and start it over. Any idea why this is happening and what can I do to correct the issue? I am running Windows 7 Ultimate in case anyone needs to know what OS
