Utorrent not connecting to peers in Qatar

Hi Guys,

I used to user utorrent very well a until few months back (5 months back) while I was living in Qatar.

Now I returned couple of weeks back and currently staying in a Hotel, and trying to download using utorrent, the torrents just don't connect with peers and nothing is being downloaded.

What I want to ask is 1) has Qatar blocked Torrent downloads,

2) or whether it is my Hotel that has blocked. :mad:

I would be happy if the 2nd one is true , because next month I would be moving to my own place and would be able to download with my own internet connection.

Try a legal and well seeded torrent, like this one: http://www.slackware.com/torrents/slackware-14.1-install-dvd.torrent (you don't have to finish the download).

If this works than there is no problem with your connection.
