Moving File across network after completion

This is most likely a very rare bug I found, and probably not something you'd give a flip about, but I'll report it anyhow... just cuz silverfire said to.

I have uTorrent set up so that, files that are currently in the process of downloading are downloaded to my Laptop's desktop, and the torrent for that file is in C:\Anime\

When the file finishes, it'll keep seeding and remain in those locations untill I delete them from the uTorrent task list, via delete button on keyboard or "right click - remove and - delete .torrent" Upon this deletion/removal of the torrent from the task list, the torrent file and the now complete downloaded file switch places (torrent goes to desktop and completed file to C:\Anime).

C:\Anime\ is set to be fully shared on my home network, and when the file is in there (usually I just removed from the list on my laptop that does the downloads) I try to move it from the laptop to the desktop computer, through the wired network, to watch it (since desktop > laptop) but I get a "Access Denied Error:: see http://infohost.nmt.edu/~ksiemers/ErrorMsg.jpg for an example" from trying to cut or copy the file from laptop onto Desktop computer. I have 100+GB free on the drive I'm trying to move the file to, so space is not the problem. Since I just removed it from the uTorrent task list, it shouldn't be still in use.

However!! When I take the completed file on the laptop and move it from C:\Anime\ to C:\ and then back to C:\Anime\ it then transfers properly across the network (with any of: drag and drop, cut, or copy) and has no errors.

Did just now, none of those apply though. Folder has been both closed and open when deleting the file, I don't have AVG7, folder is in details mode, only running one copy of uTorrent, and files are certainly not read only.. they'd be unable to download if they were, and the folder is shared with full access... which means I can write to and read from and execute from that folder across the network.

diskio_flush files is set to true (I assume that's default because I certainly didn't touch it.)
