Seeding - 3 torrents are seeding, while 2 are not

Hi, I'm a newbie, and I've tried to read other posts to get this info. I'm simply trying to be a responsible and respectful community member, and I would appreciate that we all treat each other that same way.

I have downloaded 5 torrents. At first, all 5 were seeding properly. But I had to pause the seeding because I had to restart my computer. After restarting my computer, 3 torrents have started seeding again (and my ratios are up to 1.4, .3, and .2). The last 2 torrents have not started seeding again.

How can I get the 2 torrents to start seeding again without disrupting the 3 torrents that are already seeding properly?

I am running uTorrent 3.3.2 on a PC, Windows 7, 64-bit, SP1. I am presently using a Proxy Server.

Thank you.

I'm now on uTorrent 3.4 Alpha. Having the same problem. Some torrents will seed just fine until the ratio is over 1.0. But at present, I have a torrent that stopped seeding at .573 that I can't seem to restart. I'm a newbie and just trying to be a good member of the community, so your kind advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you, DreadWingKnight. I don't think it was a private tracker. In this case, I was able to seed to a ratio of .573 when the seeding stopped.

How can I try to restart it? DHT shows "waiting to log on." Thank you.

If it's a private tracker that you're getting your torrents from all bets are off.

The use of a proxy to connect basically breaks 90% of the possibility of peers being able to connect to you. Just leave the torrent running or stop using the proxy.

Hey Andreasvb, thanks so much. After reading the last reply, I stopped trying to seed and deleted the torrent. I will post to the forum again next time I have that problem in hopes that I can resolve it.

I don't think it was a private tracker, but I was using a proxy server some of the time. That said, seeding was working on the proxy server for hours before it stopped.

Thank you.
