No peers/connections, despite green arrow

Hi everyone,

I've been trying desperately all night to get uTorrent to work for me but I'm getting zero connections on a number of different torrents.

I've setup a static IP and port forwarding on my router (TP Link TL-WR1043ND). Portchecker says the port is open. I have a green checkmark on uTorrent. Slackware test is getting about 20 kb/s.

Configuration:

uTorrent 3.3.2

Windows 7 (64-bit)

Windows Security Essentials and Firewall (exception enabled for uTorrent)

Motorola Surfboard SB6120

Anyone have any ideas I can try? Any help at all is greatly appreciated!
