Need Help with "Run this program when torrent finishes:"

Hello everyone. I am kind of hoping that someone will be kind enough to help me with this. I have WinRAR automatically extract after I finish downloading in the following 'Run this program when torrent finishes':

"C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe" x -r "%D\*" "%D"

And it runs perfectly, except I would like to specify where it extracts to. I use the following location to copy all my unRARed files to my NAS (I don't keep turned on all the time):

C:\Users\Windows\Downloads\To Copy

My question is, how do I get uTorrent (3.2.2) and WinRAR (4.20) to extract to this location?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think I have figured it now, I have tried:

"C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe" x -ibck "%D\*" "C:\Users\Windows\Downloads\To Copy"

It worked for about 95% of files I have tried. It also worked for running the extracting progress in the background. If anyone knows a better way, without using BAT or other programs, let me know. I would love to hear about a better way then this.
