uTorrent eats all available RAM (+ workaround)

The bug: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=132524 It is described in detail here, but I will do so again.

I open uTorrent (lots of torrents, big torrents) wait a couple of hours and RAM is full. If I add up all the RAM on the processes tab in taskmanager, I don't get the value I'm supposed to get. (I get much less). The reason is, that this issue is only indirectly caused by uTorrent because uTorrent is causing windows to fill the disk read cache up. Proof: this is an image of my ram tab before and after closing uTorrent (which in the processes tab is only using about 50mb RAM) Z8ehG7.png. I found a small program that fixes this: http://stackoverflow.com/a/7701908/1018376 when I run this program with the "most seeded disk" (my disk that has the most torrents that are seeding) as the parameter the same thing happens as when I closed uTorrent in my picture. (Fixes the problem)

uTorrent 3.3.2 on Windows 7 ultimate. 8gb ram, problem does not occur with uTorrent closed.
