portulio Posted February 6, 2014 Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 I have been limiting my upload speed to 20 kbps while downloading, and instead it uploads at 200 kbps.I checked the forums for solutions and haven't found any. Would appreciate any help.attaching some screen shots of my settings:also tried using some default speed limits by utorrent (15 kbps, etc) and nothing worked.running on latest version.
