[SOLVED] uTorrent 3.3.2 + Win 8.1 = BSOD

Hello

I have Win 8.1 and installed uTorrent 3.3.2.30570

After starting uTorrent, it's need a few seconds to crash system and there is info about NETIO.SYS failure.

Now I have uTorrent 3.4.1 Beta and no crash so far.

BSOD few seconds ago :/

SOLVED, stupid McAfee! (2 firewalls)
