flyingostrich Posted February 19, 2014 Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and now uTorrent goes into "(not responding)" mode within 2-3 seconds after launch. I have tried older versions of the program and newer betas and RCs - nothing works. It does the same thing no matter what version I use. Strangely, the system tray icon UI shows that the software is active (the info box on mouse hover still works, and refreshes, showing different upload/download rates).
