FlipperJ
Whenever I am downloading a file, my upload speed works fine (upwards to 50 kb/s). But as soon as I reach 100% (or seeding status), my uploading stops. This happens everytime, even when it shows that there are hundereds of peers.Any ideas? FlipperJ
Thanks, the BAD_ISP site makes it appear my ISP is decent for P2P.But as soon as I changed that setting to true -- uploads started right up.Now I can stop leeching and start seeding! Thanks again! DreadWingKnight
Guess they need to update their page, as it has been noted that cox blocks seeding before.
