utorrent will not downlaod movies?

Hi I was wondering if anyone might be able to help.

 

I was happily downloading movies and Utorrent just stopped.

 

I've deleted the software and reinstalled and still no luck. It'll download off the laptop, but not from my main computer.

 

There's something obvious but i don't know what it is.

 

It won't let me start or force start.

 

Please could someone help?
