Scheduler refinement is needed

Hi, I have an ISP that gives me a peak and off peak data allowance.

Unfortunately they have done it on the 1/2 hour e.g. 0130 >>>0830 AM.

 

As the scheduler is currently configured this will waste my opportunity to fully exploit the off peak

allowance that I receive.

is there a possibility of changing the scheduler to just have time input of when it is to start and end.
