Also, this is a 35mbps connection. No, nothing changed, the connection works fine from other download methods and there is nothing blocking the connection for uTorrent. blacblu Posted March 3, 2014 Author Report Posted March 3, 2014 Completely reinstalling the software solved the problem, I also had to delete all files from the AppData folder
