LTF
Hi All, If I add a torrent that is not in the list but has previously been added and downloaded then uTorrent offers me the chance to add it using existing data, add it and download from scratch, or abort. If on that dialog box I choose Abort then the torrent still gets added. I also seem to have a problem with stopping torrents which sometimes does not do so - the torrent keeps being active, and the other parts of the UI reflect that (eg I cannot Force Recheck) - but if I then change the position of the torrent in the list, ie move it up or down one space, then it becomes Stopped. I have not figured out when this occurs and when it does not, though it seems more prevalent on torrents that are connecting to trackers and looking for Seeds/Peers but have not yet found any, ie dead or old torrents, but it is intermittent and I cannot give exact conditions. And for what it is worth, I wish you had not got rid of the Pause button on the UI at the top, I used it a lot, it would be good to at least have an option for it in your advanced options. I'm on utorrent 3.4 build 30620, on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (fully updated). Yes, I know, by not updating to the latest beta I have probably ensured you will ignore this, but the last time I updated to the latest beta so I could make a bug report I had a lot of trouble both with it and with removing it and I simply will not do that again, sorry. LTF
Regarding the problem with stopping torrents, one example seems to be that if I had a completed torrent in the condition 'Queued Seed' then I cannot stop it, either with the Stop button or the menu command (and thus I cannot Force Recheck). I have to Force Start the torrent, and then Stop it, and then that gets it to how I want it. This occurred with several torrents.
