I just got a new pc yesterday, I7-4770 overclocked to 4.3ghz, running windows 8.1 pro. installed utorrent fine, but when I try to download anything, it just says connecting to peers 0.00%. I've checked all my settings on torrent and they match what I have on my old pc as well, so it should be working fine, but nothing at all....... can anyone please help me???? thank you for your valuable time guys!
