snozski
Hi Since the 23/02/2014 I been seeing massive schannel errors in event viewer while running the latest utorrent. This is the same for 3.2 3.3 and 3.4 an also the latest beta. I tried downgrading to 2.2 and the errors went away. Soon as I close utorrent the errors stop. Error is as follows : Log Name: SystemSource: SchannelDate: 27/03/2014 01:06:36Event ID: 36887Task Category: NoneLevel: ErrorKeywords: User: SYSTEMComputer: snozski-PCDescription:The following fatal alert was received: 112.Event Xml:<Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event"> <System> <Provider Name="Schannel" Guid="{1F678132-5938-4686-9FDC-C8FF68F15C85}" /> <EventID>36887</EventID> <Version>0</Version> <Level>2</Level> <Task>0</Task> <Opcode>0</Opcode> <Keywords>0x8000000000000000</Keywords> <TimeCreated SystemTime="2014-03-27T01:06:36.400954700Z" /> <EventRecordID>71554</EventRecordID> <Correlation /> <Execution ProcessID="748" ThreadID="2328" /> <Channel>System</Channel> <Computer>snozski-PC</Computer> <Security UserID="S-1-5-18" /> </System> <EventData> <Data Name="AlertDesc">112</Data> </EventData></Event> its happening every few minutes while utorrent is running. I know it has something to do with SSL. Anyone have any ideas is this a known issue ? Thanks
Firon
User: SYSTEM leads me to believe it's a service on your machine, not uTorrent. Maybe your firewall or AV app?

snozski
Just wanted to say it was a problem with older torrents from a private tracker, deleted them and it went away.
Firon
Did they have HTTPS in the tracker URLs?
