Web Seed fails to re-connect after stop and start or pause / upause

Summary:

Stopping and starting a torrent with a web seed will cause a "HTTP Invalid URL" entry in the logger tab and the download will not connect to the web seed unless uTorrent is closed and re-opened

Pausing and unpausing a torrent has the same effect except there is NOT a "HTTP Invalid URL" added in the logger tab.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Add a torrent with a web seed configured and ideally no available P2P seeds / peers (so that the only possible source is the web seed)
  2. Start the torrent and confirm it is downloading
  3. Stop the torrent (right click --> stop)
  4. Wait a few seconds
  5. Start the torrent (right click --> start)
  6. A "HTTP invalid URL" entry will be added to the logger tab, the download status will change to "Connecting to Peers" and go no further
  7. The only way to get a connection back to the web seed is to close and re-open uTorrent

To see the issue with pause and unpause replace steps 3 and 5 with pause and unpause respectively.

Tested with the current stable:

3.4 build 30660

And the latest beta:

3.4 build 30724

I can supply a torrent file that will connect to a private tracker with no P2P seeds / peers and only a web seed configured if this helps. I do not wish to post this torrent publicly so please contact me privately.

Thanks

Jim
