no bt.enable_tracker option

Hello everyone ! 
I'm using the Utorrent gui with linuxMint. 
I want to create a private tracker. I think I did it, I created a .torrent file and start downloading it. 
Now it's seeding, but a friend that I sent the .torrent file to cannot download the file.

Actually, I read some tutorials, and they told me to enable an option  : "bt.enable_tracker".
The issue is that there is no such an option in the GUI. 
I attached to this post what you can see from the options window.

If you did not private flag the torrent when you made it, you don't actually need any trackers defined in it.
