saablaa Posted April 26, 2014 Report Share Posted April 26, 2014 I have can only have decent download speed with utorrent version 3.3.2.50544 any other version I use the download speeds are very slow, intermittent, This is happening on a fresh install of windows 8.1 on an amd Athlon 64x2 5000+ Will appreciate much to know what is going on.
