Upgraded to uTorrentPlus, default bandwidth allocation is Low and cannot set above Normal

Hey guys, just right off the bat, I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit with uTorrentPlus 3.4.1 (current afaik). I also have Comcast internet and use peerblock (having it running doesn't change the problem, even after reboot).

 

Anyway, really weird problem, but before I upgraded to uTorrentPlus a couple days ago, my default Bandwidth Allocation for torrents was Normal, and I'd set it to High whenever I needed something to finish sooner. But after I upgraded, now the default is Low and no matter how many times I click High, it'll only go to Normal. I have unlimited Upload and Download limits, if that means anything (limiting it doesn't seem to help).

 

Honestly I'm completely clueless as to what could be causing this, and any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
