Bryant-FireWolf Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 I keep getting (ERROW; the system cannot fin the path specified (WriteToDisk) it only does that with new torrents i add. number 01 to number 15 does just fine. i get the error only on the new one's i add to my torrent. what can i do to stop this going on it's been doing that sence last night. RoyMartin Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 Same issue here. Never experienced this on my older WinXT machine using USB 2.0 external drive(s). But, I recently purchased a Win8.1 computer and a USB 3.0 external, and I was having the same issue. Caused me to right click on the torrent and "Start" it again... only to experience the problem again after a little while. I don't know if it has something to do with my new Win8.1 computer, or the Seagate USB external drive. I wiped the drive and returned it to the place of purchase... and got another external (this time, a HP USB 3.0) so let's see if that's the problem. RoyMartin Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 I figured this was a hard drive issue... as if the hard drive was "tired" after doing a few torrents and timed-out, took a nap which caused uTorrent to display the error message.
