Could uTorrent be synchronized for multiple users?

I have two user accounts on my Windows 7 x64, user X and user Y. I have installed uTorrent under both users. Now when I am logged into user X and added a torrent file and it's been downloaded by 50% or so, can I login to user Y and open uTorrent and see the same file and resume it from there? I can't do anything manually each time for whatever reason, so if something could be done it has to be done once.

 

I need it, but I couldn't figure out any way!
