Download Speed reduced to 0.1kbps when download completed 90% !!!! Help Faster

Hey I was downloading GTA 4 when my internet plan was just to disconnect i have only a day to disconnect...

The download speed sudddenly got off to 0.1kb from 195kb ps help me getting speed pls pls pls pls ...

And it is not showing health pls pls help only one day
