Down Speed or Down Speed units

Environment:  Win 7 current, uTorrent Portable current.

 

The number appears to be inaccurate by about a factor of 8.  Possible easy fix:  kB/s is usually interpreted as kilo bytes per second. The data is more like kilo bits per second.   So maybe the unit should be kb/s or kib/s, depending on the actual calculation.
