Completed/Library Folder

I would like to see on the left-handed side a folder called Completed or Library (like in Vuze) where all the completed seeded torrents would reside, moving them out of the main area. 

 

I know that under the Torrents icon on the left side there are folders under it called completed, downloading, seeding, etc. but if you click on completed it still shows the torrent as seeding.  The same with Active and Inactive, still shows seeding, queued, etc.  Kind of makes it confusing.

 

And what are labels?  You can't change or add so what good are they?
