cb82 Posted May 3, 2014 Report Share Posted May 3, 2014 Hi, can anyone offer a solution to my problem, on both ubuntu and debian versions of linux (fresh installs on VPS) the process keeps terminating after several mintues for some unknown reason the syslog is empty and the utorrent.log file contains the following [20:47:39] Locale C[20140403 20:47:39] GetNodeID failed, using /dev/random[20140403 20:47:39] computer id: B23B6553000000001697F9485A1DCF58CCD50000[20140403 20:47:39] total physical memory 536870912 max disk cache 33554432[20140403 20:47:39] Using IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx[20140403 20:47:39] IPv6 is installed[20140403 20:47:44] Loaded server certificate from /opt/utorrent//servercert.dat i have put utorrent in /opt/utorrent, the files are owned by user root and group root and are 777 just to make sure they can be read, it is saving the config oki have the init script starting the process then what happens is the process starts and i can connect to the web gui but after no more than 5 mintues it terminates with out any errors, im running Debian x86_64 on my VPS (uname -a = Linux SERVER 2.6.32-042stab083.2 #1 SMP Fri Nov 8 18:08:40 MSK 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
