DHT waiting to log in

I have been using utorrent for long time. I have been downloading things quite smoothly until few weeks before.

I am getting red bar.

DHT waiting to log in
local peer discovery and peer exchange working but

others are all connection timed out.

tried to check for update got a message unable to connect to uptdate server
plz help me!! plz??
