Huge problem with process and installing

I had uTorrent on my computer. I tried to open it, it said it cannot be opened cause its already open. Checked processes, there were proces called uTorrent. I tried to kill it, cant. I tried couple more times, finally about in 10 mins it ended. Then i uninstalled uTorrent and installed again. Installation went to the phase where it asks u if u wanna instal some "ask" toolbar. After that installation window closed, and uTorrent.exe appearede in appData. Clicked exe file, wont open, says same as first time. Anyone knows any solution? Also i cant download any torrent files. 

Also, uTorrent randomly opens, and then when i try to add torrents (in mozzilla i can!) the torrent adding window freezes and wont answer. Then the whole program closes, and i cant open it.

Can anyone help me?
