3.4.1 build 31139 Can't add new RSS feed

When I try to add a new RSS feed by right clicking on Feeds/add rss feed.... the add RSS feed window opens, but after adding feed information  and clicking on "OK" to enter, the add RSS window closes but no RSS feed is added.

All of my RSS feeds prior to 3.4.1 are still there and function but I can't add any and whenever they update utorrent crashes and reboots to update.

 

This is not the first 3.4.1 build with this problem.

 

I am running Win 7 Home Premium x64
