Redwing_31
My current issue is Win 8.1 Pro x64 / uTorrent / ViperVPN When ViperVPN is enabled, torrents will add but stuck at "Finding Peers 0.0%". If I have VPN disabled when torrent loads, no issues. If I disable VPN after torrent loads, it remains stuck. If I enable VPN after torrent loads and has begun downloading, it continues to download, but slower, which is fine. I also notice that on the bottom bar, the number of DHT in swarm is DRASTICALLY affected by VPN Enabled/Disabled. The issue I need resolved is that currently, VPN must be disabled when torrents are added. This will not work for an untended machine. I'm sure someone else has a setup like this running, these aren't exactly off the wall programs... Any help is appreciated.
DreadWingKnight
Have you checked with your VPN provider to see what their policies are towards torrenting?
Redwing_31
Yes, and ViperVPN is one of the recommended Paid VPN Services for use with uTorrent. This is cross posted with their support as well. Just trying to find someone who actually has it working.
DreadWingKnight
You're better off asking their support for help, as things work without the VPN active.
Redwing_31
Yeah, they finally responded. So for anyone else who may come to this thread later, uTorrent and ViperVPN will work with default settings, If it does not work, ViperVPN support will update the account and it works fine. This should only be an issue for members who have been with ViperVPN for a while and are still using some older account setups.
