Updated version not showing current downloads, or completed files

Not a novice user, but having problems when I try to update the version of uT. After it restarts, the files I was currently downloading are not there, nor are my completed files, what happened? Also, in the version I currently use: 3.3 (build 29625) [32 bit], most of my downloading files have stopped at 99.4-99.9%, and it hasn't changed in days, not sure what's going on, but it's getting old. Any advice, or ideas to fix this, please?

Where is your 3.3 install path (exe) located, and is it a standalone installation (wit the settings files) ?
