DSL, ZoneAlarmPro and seeding

I currently have DSL provided by "conversent communications"

and Zone Alarm pro I'm not sure if I have it configured correctly

for seeding...

the below is what it says for the one file i'm trying to seed:

seeds peers uploaded ratio avail.

(0) (7) (0) (4) 8.21 MB 1.267 1

the filesize of this one file is: 6.48 mb

is this file seeding...or did I do something wrong?

I've uploaded the torrent to 3 or four sites, and inserted the tracker URLs

into the torrent. I'm new at this...and need help.

yes you are seeding as you can see you uploaded already more then the original filesize

Maybe you have stopped it know, thats something your numbers did not show. but you can see it in the STATUS column of the mainwindow.

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (208.99.198.134) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).
