advertising toolbar with yellow backgropund just below the uTorrant toolbar - how do i kill it

this annoying toolbar doesn't seem to be referanced in the options dropdown, nor does it respond to a right click. it has been with my uTorrant throough several builds, and i remember once deleting uTorrant before updating - it still came back. if anyone knows where tis is from and how to get rid of it, you have my thanks.....john

ditto here ... just upgraded from 3.0.0.25806 to 3.4.1 (build 31139) ... I see you are not getting a landslide of comments / help
