stuck on 'Downloading 0.0%'

All my torrents are seeding fine except for the last two that I’ve uploaded. They’re both stuck on 'Downloading 0.0%' in uTorrent. I’ve tried re upping both of them, and changing the file sizes, with no success. Force start doesn’t work either. I've also tried -

 

1. Exit u/bittorrent ... ie don't just close the application. go to File and click Exit
2. click on the start button, type "run" and click on the "Run" program.
3. Type "%appdata%\bittorrent" or "%appdata%\utorrent" and click OK to open the location of the folder of u/bittorrent
4. Delete the files called: "dht.dat", "dht.dat.old", "dht_feed.dat" and "dht_feed.dat.old".
5. go to the recycle bin and delete these files for good.

6. Restart utorrent

 

Which still didn't work. Any ideas what's wrong? Your help would be most appreciated.
