uTorrent limiting UL speed

Hello!

 

I like uT, but its annoying me sometimes

it uploads torrents very well, up to 10-11 MB/s

but sometimes it limiting UL speed to 1MB/s with any visible reasons

scheduler turned off

if exit uT and start it again UL speed becomes normal again till next "something" (hr, 5hrs, two days - any time interval)

 

I used 3.2.3 client for a long time, now tried last stable - problem is still here

Have you considered the possibility that your ISP is limiting you?.... Probably a torrent/peers issue. And always try with the latest beta first.
