jreverett
I just bought a new Sager laptop running Windows 8.1, I do not have any antivirus software yet and I have allowed utorrent in the firewall. When I try to download 99% of torrents they get stuck on "Connecting to peers 0.00%" and never progress. There are rare cases that torrents will download. I can download a torrent with 25,000+ seeds fine but ones with 300+ do not seem to work. 300+ has always been enough in the past for me, am I doing something wrong? I have been using kickass torrents - are there any other torrent sites I might have more luck? I can not download 99% of torrents I have tried Any help or advise would be GREATLY appreciated Thanks.
