.btapp not installing/ no prompt 3.4.1 build 31227

I know you have discontinued apps but you should still let people install apps they like.
For example I tried to install both the skins and location (puts peers on a map app) and some native apps such as featured content, whats new etc. but none of them did anything within utorrent even though i specifically made btapps.install_unsigned_apps true in the settings
is this normal because the last time i checked  3.4.x was still able to run old btapps
