Download will not start

Hey

 

I have just installed ubuntu server 14.04 and followed this installation guide http://www.sysads.co.uk/2014/05/install-utorrent-3-3-ubuntu-14-04-13-10/

 

Everything is great, but when i add a torrent, it shows up, but will not start downloading!

I have set dmz to the server, so every port shuld be opend, the folder that i have set as download location is  /download/completed

and

/download/temp

both are chmod to 777

can you tell me why the download do not work?
