cklow01
I used to have high upload speed before I formatted my computer. But now after formatting it, my upload speed dropped to only around 16 KB per second with the 512kbits upload rate connection. Other computers on my network can reach up to around 50 KB per second and I think my problem has something to do with my setting but I cannot figure it out. Please help me so that I can seed files for others. Thanks in advance.ps. I don't cap my upload rate.
Switeck
Is there anything that might also be using up your limited upload bandwidth, thus leaving only 16 KB/sec for µTorrent?
cklow01
I don't think so because I can monitor the network flow of my computer with NET LIMITER( free edition) and it was just utorrent running and consuming my bandwidth. I had turned off other computer on the network when I tried to monitor the bandwidth. What program can I use to reset my internet bandwidth setting of the computer? Thx! Switeck
No program to do that really, though your computer+router+modem may need a turn off/on reset every few days/weeks.So tell me about the settings you're trying to use in µTorrent...there may be issues there that are causing you problems. Firon
NetLimiter's bandwidth measurement is HORRIBLY inaccurate.
µtorrent-Guest
ps. I don't cap my upload rate.Thats your problem! you MUST limit your upload rate according to your maximum possible values set by your ISP.Press CTRL+G, read carefully and obey the settings!
